ENGINEERED LINE HANDLING SOLUTIONS

Advanced Product Diverting & Conveying Systems

With extensive experience with filling and capping machinery, we have been presented many opportunities to also supply other machines for a full turnkey project.

This has led us to take on in-house the design and manufacture of many purpose-built machines and conveying systems that complete the production lines from the blow moulder to the palletiser.

Below are a few of our Allpro designed machines:

Mass flow of single laned round bottles and cans into multiple lanes

Using geometric design principles and technical know-how we are able to design and move round cans and bottles into lanes with minimum moving parts and process. Below are photos of our design with cans and bottles mass-flowed into specified lanes. Please call for more information or a quotation.

Single lane non-round products into multiple lanes

These Allpro developed and manufactured machines will divert round and square products from a single lane conveyor to multiple lanes infeed to packers.

This is achieved by either stopping the product and moving to the lane to a desired lane or a continuous motion machine that moves everything at speed.

Depending on your product and speed, we can supply a machine that will give hassle-free lane diverting from day 1.

Conveyors

Allpro can design and build slat and belt conveyors to suit any application and help integrate the filling and capping machinery into a fully equipped production line.
